What's New — IS Performance Dashboard

Here's what's new on the dashboard. We added 24 new things in the last few weeks. Each one is explained below in plain words.

01

Staff Directory — the whole org in one place

There is a new Staff link in the header, next to Policies. It holds every person in the company — 1,500 profiles pulled straight from PropForce — split into Active, Suspended and Blocked.

  • Search by employee ID, name or email — the little selector next to the search box picks which one.
  • Filter by department and designation. Designations narrow to whichever department you pick.
  • Every profile carries department, designation, tenure, line manager and their self-seller flag.
  • What you see depends on who you are. A consultant sees their own profile. A manager sees themselves and their team. BSE sees everyone.
  • It stays current on its own — new hires and leavers sync from PropForce without anyone touching it.
HowClick Staff in the top header.
02

Roles & Privileges — who can see what

Access used to be a handful of on/off switches. It is now a proper roles model: 30 dashboards, 133 individual privileges, and a view scope on each one.

  • A role is a set of privileges attached to a department and the designations inside it.
  • Every privilege that shows data carries a scope — All, Team or Self — so the same section can show one person their own numbers and their manager the whole team.
  • 47 roles were seeded from the access people already had, so opening any department shows you today's reality rather than a blank slate.
  • Special roles can be created without a department and granted to individuals on top of what they already have.
  • Clicking a role's user count opens exactly those people in the Staff directory.
AccessBSE only.
03

Leavers lose access automatically

When someone is suspended in PropForce, they now lose access to this platform — every page, every link, immediately. Admins can also block someone directly from the Staff page.

  • Applies across the whole domain, not just the dashboard — every slug and every data call.
  • Any session they already had signed in ends at once rather than running until it expires.
  • They still reach the sign-in page, where they are told plainly that access was withdrawn.
  • Blocking is reversible in one click from the Staff page.
Why26 accounts belonging to people who had already left were still able to sign in. That is now closed.
04

New header and My Profile menu

The top bar was carrying a lot of text. Your identity now lives behind a single avatar on the right.

  • Click your initials to see your name, department, designation, tenure and role.
  • Change password and Log out moved inside that menu.
  • The "Logged in as…" strip and the Admin Panel button are gone.
  • The Finance, Lead Insights and Projects menus now open on hover, each item with an icon and a one-line description of what it is.
HowYour initials, top right.
05

Platform filter — Marketing vs Personal

The top filter bar has a new "Platform" chip. Pick Marketing or Personal to narrow the entire dashboard — KPIs, charts, table, cards — to meetings whose client first came in via that platform.

  • Marketing = clients originally captured via the funded marketing channel.
  • Personal = clients originally captured via the PropForce web or mobile app (SC's own prospecting).
  • Classification is based on each client's first inquiry — keeps attribution stable even when later inquiries come from a different source.
  • Combines with the Location filter, so e.g. "Outdoor + Marketing" narrows to outdoor meetings on marketing-sourced clients only.
HowOpen the "Platform" chip in the top filter row — same row as Director / Manager / Location.
06

Daily Effort — split bars by platform

The Daily Effort Trend has a new toggle (— / M|P) that splits each day's bar into Marketing and Personal segments. Percentages render inside each segment so the mix is readable at a glance.

  • Green = Marketing-sourced meetings · burgundy = Personal-sourced.
  • Inner % printed inside each segment for any band ≥ 8% of the bar.
  • The Meeting Location Breakdown donut switches to platform slices when the toggle is on, so you get both views in lockstep.
  • Respects the Location chip — picking "Outdoor" + the platform toggle shows outdoor meetings only, split by platform.
HowDaily Effort Trend toolbar — the — / M|P pill, right of the location-split icons.
07

Management KPI — Jisr-validated penalties

The penalty engine on the Management KPI report now intersects PropForce roster with actual Jisr punch-ins. A manager rostered but absent doesn't get a target for that day, so no penalty is applied for days they weren't physically in office.

  • Working-day denominator = PropForce in_office ∩ Jisr punch-in dates.
  • A no-show day is fully neutral — no penalty, no inflated target.
  • Managers without Jisr coverage (contractors / fresh hires) fall back to roster only — they're never silently zeroed out.
  • The table subtitle now documents the new rule.
HowOpen the Weekly Achievement & Monthly Penalty table on /managementkpireport — recalibration is automatic.
08

Management KPI — heatmap coloring

The Weekly Achievement table uses a continuous heatmap instead of binary red/green. Cells fade from red (0% of target) → amber (50%) → green (100%+), so you can see how close someone got to target, not just whether they hit it.

  • Color is driven by value ÷ target, so a 70%-achievement cell looks different from a 20% one.
  • Director (team-total) rows get the same heatmap, not a flat green band.
  • A small legend bar in the card header maps the gradient to 0% / 50% / 100%+ ticks.
  • Empty cells (manager not rostered that week) stay neutral grey.
HowOpen /managementkpireport. The heatmap kicks in across every weekly cell.
09

Meeting averages now use Net everywhere

Every meeting average on the dashboard — main KPI, SC table, director/manager/TL cards, comparison modal — is now computed on Net meetings (fake-flagged audits stripped). If an SC has a flagged fake meeting, it's removed from the numerator before any average is calculated.

  • Fakes are stripped at source — they propagate to every downstream aggregate automatically.
  • Plugged the one remaining gap (Compare modal date-range mode), so historical comparisons are also on Net.
  • Total / Verified / Fake counts still display separately when shown — only the per-day averages changed.
  • Fake-rate % continues to use gross meetings as the denominator (that's the literal definition).
HowNo UI change — the underlying math is corrected. Refresh the dashboard to see updated numbers.
10

MTS now anchored on DataHub sold units

Meetings-to-Sale (MTS) used to divide meetings by PropForce pipeline "Sold + Partial Sold" leads. It now divides by actual reported sales (DP + PDP units) pulled from the DataHub for the selected period.

  • Per-SC, per-TL, per-Manager, per-Director — all roll up using the same DataHub-unit denominator.
  • Numerator = Net meetings for the selected date range. Denominator = sum of DataHub units across the team for months overlapping the range.
  • Selecting "June" → MTS = team's June net meetings ÷ team's June DataHub units.
  • Column tooltip on the SC table updated to spell out the new source.
HowSC Performance Table → "Detailed" view → MTS column. Also visible on every Director / Manager / TL card.
11

Auto-logout after 60 min of inactivity

If the dashboard tab has no input for 60 minutes, you're signed out automatically and redirected to /login.html. Forces a fresh page-load on the next visit — which means the morning recap popup, the activity counter, and any data caches all reset properly.

  • "Activity" = any mouse, keyboard, scroll, touch, or tab-visibility flip.
  • Throttled so a wiggling mouse doesn't churn the timer.
  • Login page shows a small amber banner explaining why you were signed out.
  • Side benefit: managers who used to keep a stale tab open across days now see the morning recap popup as designed.
HowJust use the dashboard normally. Idle 60 min → next click / refresh lands you on /login.
12

Director cards collapse cleanly

When more than 4 director cards are loaded, only the top 4 show by default — a small "+ N more" pill below the row reveals the rest. No more empty cells on partial second rows.

  • Top row of 4 cards stays compact and scannable.
  • "+ 1 more" pill (right-aligned, below the grid) expands the hidden card(s).
  • When expanded, the pill turns green and the icon rotates to ×, label changes to "Show less".
  • Expanded state survives re-renders (date-range change, drill-back).
HowMain dashboard, director-cards row. Pill appears automatically once a 5th director card exists.

AI Insights panel is cleaner now

When you click the AI button on a card, a panel slides out. We made it easier to read. The most important stuff is at the top now. You can also see SCs grouped by how long they have worked here.

  • The big problems show up at the very top. You don't have to scroll to find them.
  • SCs with zero meetings or zero good calls are now easier to spot.
  • SCs are now in 5 groups by how long they've been here: under 3 months, 3 to 6 months, 6 to 12 months, 1 to 2 years, and over 2 years.
  • The panel shows who sold something in the last 3 months. Not all-time, just the last 3 months.
  • The "Bottom Drag" box now tells you what it means right there.
  • We removed a box that was showing the same number twice.

Click the score to see how it works

You see a score like "5.3 / 10" next to Management KPIs. Now you can click it. A panel opens that shows how the score was made. You can see what helped the score and what hurt it.

  • Click the colored score on any card to open the panel.
  • The score is made of 5 parts. We check: was the review specific? Did the manager point out a real problem? Did they tell the SC what to do next? Was the lead important? Did they write enough?
  • You can see how many reviews are green (good), orange (okay), and red (not good).
  • There are 3 special rules. You get bonus points for catching fake meetings. You lose points for copy-pasting reviews. You get zero points for just saying "good job".
  • The panel looks like AI Insights. Press ESC to close it.

Net Meetings now has colors

The Net Meetings column has colors now. The color tells you how many meetings an SC does each day. Red means very few. Green means a lot. You can spot weak SCs right away.

  • 🔴 Red — less than half a meeting per day. Very low.
  • 🟠 Orange — about three-quarters of a meeting per day.
  • 🟡 Yellow — close to 1 meeting per day.
  • 🟢 Green — 1 to 1.5 meetings per day. Good.
  • 🟢 Dark green — more than 1.5 per day. Great.
  • Hover over a cell to see the exact number.

Pick a location for flagged meetings

The fake meetings part now has a new dropdown. You can pick one type of meeting, like Outdoor only. Then you only see flagged cases for that type. The whole section also has a new, clearer name.

  • You can pick from: Outdoor, Site Office, Company Office, Events, or Online.
  • When you pick one, everything below changes to match. The numbers, the charts, and the table all update.
  • The old name was "Repeat Offenders". The new name is User-Level Flagged Meetings Cases. Cleaner and less harsh.
  • The dropdown is right next to the download button.

New dashed lines show direction

Some charts in the Compare tool now have a new dashed line for each person. The line goes up if they are doing more over time. It goes down if they are doing less. You can see the big picture in one glance.

  • The dashed line shows where the person is heading over time.
  • The line matches the person's color so you know whose it is.
  • The line works in both views: one person at a time, or everyone added up.
  • If you compare two date ranges, each one gets its own line.

See people one at a time or all together

There's a new button on the Management KPI chart. You can pick how to see the data. Either one person at a time, or everyone added up into one line.

  • Each person — you see one line for each person. This is the normal view.
  • Together — all the numbers get added into one line. Good for seeing the team total.
  • A small note under the chart tells you which view you are in.
  • The button is in the top-right corner of the chart.

More columns in the Compare table

The table in the Compare tool has more columns now. You can see the revenue numbers too. If the table is too wide for your screen, you can scroll sideways.

  • New money columns: last month's revenue, productive months, 3-month average, and total revenue since they joined.
  • New manager columns: client reviews and morning meetings.
  • If the table doesn't fit on your screen, just swipe sideways.
  • The rows are a bit tighter. More fits on the screen at once.
  • The Name column is smaller now. Less empty space.

Daily Effort chart has smooth lines

The Daily Effort chart used to be bars. Now it has smooth lines. It's easier to see the high days, the low days, and who did more each day.

  • Each person gets one smooth line. The line color matches their color.
  • If you split by meeting type, each person gets one line per type.
  • The daily numbers still show on the chart. Nothing is hidden.
  • The lines do not stack. Each one is on its own.

New SCs show their exact days

Before, new SCs all showed "<1m". You couldn't tell if someone had been here 5 days or 80 days. Now we show the exact days. Big difference!

  • If the SC has been here less than 3 months, you see days. Like "5d" or "26d".
  • If they have been here 3 months to 1 year, you see months. Like "7m".
  • If they have been here 1 year or more, you see years and months. Like "1y 5m".
  • This shows up in the SC table, the filters, and every place that shows age.
  • Sorting still works the same way.

Get a PDF report for each manager

There's a new download button. Click it to get a PDF. The PDF has one small report for each manager. You can see their chart, their totals, and a few quick notes.

  • Only managers are in the report. Team Leaders and SCs are not.
  • The report always covers the whole year so far. Even if you are looking at a smaller date on the dashboard.
  • Each manager has: their name, totals for the year, today's number vs yesterday's, a chart for this month, and 3 short notes.
  • 3 managers fit on each page. Easy to print and share.
  • The notes tell you simple things. Like "doing better this week than last week" or "was active most days".

New look for the score

The score next to Management KPIs looks different now. It's a soft colored pill. The color tells you the score is good, okay, or low. It also looks like a button you can click.

  • Green pill = good score (7 or higher).
  • Orange pill = okay score (5 to 7).
  • Red pill = low score (under 5).
  • The pill changes a little when you hover. That tells you it's clickable.
  • It looks the same everywhere. On SC cards, Manager cards, and Director cards.
